Dear Stephen,
I want to provide some feedback on the heating and air conditioning systems that you installed in our house and shop. I know that this installation was a lot more complicated than most because of the size and layout of the house. The Two zone system on the main level works very well. The intelligent thermostats took a bit of time to get familiar with, but once programmed properly, work very well. I like the ability to essentially close off a portion of the house when it is unoccupied.

The upper floor furnace also performs as expected. Again, the openness between the upper and lower floors posed a design challenge for uniform heat distribution, and the installation appears to have met the challenge. The electronic air filters on both furnaces leave very little dust and other matter in the air and on the furniture. The variable output furnaces combined with the intelligent thermostats make for a very quiet heating system. Except when responding to large temperature change demands, the sound of the heating system is completely unnoticeable. The air conditioning function of the system also performs as expected.
